Kenny McKinney
FOUNDER/DIRECTOR
Kenny was an athlete himself, earning accolades such as MS HS Division 1-4A Player of the Year and back to back MS JUCO State & Regional Championships. Kenny also played basketball in the USVI (Virgin Island) where he met a lot of young talented athletes. Many who did not see a future in their sport because no one would fly out to the USVI to see them play. That is where the idea for the revamp of the program originated. Our ultimate goals for our AAU teams and similar programs are to gain exposure, provide safe recreational areas, and be able to give scholarships to our young student athletes.
Joshua "Bud" Toliver
FOUNDER/DIRECTOR
Joshua Toliver, husband and father of four is a Shannon, MS native. Joshua attended Shannon High School. He was apart of many different sports at Shannon but perfected role as an offensive lineman. Joshua started all years of his high school career. He was All Division 3 times, All State twice, and All Area twice. Joshua was recruited by Itawamba Community College in 2008 where he attended for 2 years and played offensive lineman. Joshua is the owner of The Lee County Falcons, a pee wee football team and Levels LLC Sports and Fitness Training.

Destini Shannon
GIRL'S BASKETBALL COORDINATOR
Destini Shannon is also a C.O.O.R. Coach for the girls’ basketball division for this organization. Coach Shannon is also a native of Tupelo, Mississippi. She played varsity basketball & graduated with honors from Tupelo High School in 2007. Coach Shannon was also a starter for the 2007 Lady Wave “State-Runner Up” team. After high school, Shannon attended and graduated from Itawamba Community where she was a starter for the 2008 “State Championship” team for the Lady Indians. After pivoting from junior college, Coach Shannon attended the illustrious, Rust College. She also played 2 successful seasons for the Lady Bearcats. Coach Shannon previously coached Park and Recreational coed basketball teams and is also a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. Shannon has one daughter. She emphasizes fundamentals and hard work as a priority of the organization.

Devon played 4 years of high school basketball at Tupelo High in Tupelo, MS. He also played for 2 years at Itawamba Community College. He is now a coach and trainer!
Mario Wilson

​Mario Wilson from Okolona Ms. I attended Itawamba AHS where I played basketball and football. I've been working with children ever since my own kids(Amauria 17, Keshun 13, Kemarion13) decided they were interested in sports. Coached park and rec for years. Last summer was my 1st time coaching AAU which was a valuable experience. I'm all about helping kids not making the same mistakes I made. My goal is to help as many young men better themselves as players and as men. I want to compete and win but with class and sportsmanship.

27, of Tupelo, Mississippi. She started playing basketball in the 5th grade and her career extended until college where she played and attended East MS CC. She’s currently attending online classes at Ole Miss to receive her Bachelors degree. She’s motivated, well driven, and has a deep love for children and the game of basketball.
